Workouts have been sparse, like 1-2/week which is totally unusual, diet has been up and down, good and bad. Hey, it’s winter!

Snow is deep, working hours, time away from home. Getting back on track soon, light at the end of the tunnel sort of thing.

Things getting set up for my ProImage promotion of Pro Vitamin Complete! It’s an email campaign with a list thru Peter Mingils Marketing. The goal is to put all $ back into marketing until it becomes the size, volume I’m satisfied with. Leads will be for builders on my Team!

Other goals are to get a full sixer again, have a 2-4 pack currently, not really trying. But carbs will have to come down and cals as well:

so a regular male at 61yo burns probably around 2,000cals/day just to live and work a low intensity job. I’m more active at work (so go to 2,500/day) and workouts, my daily footsteps are around 15k/day avg (go to 3,000/day), there’s a dog walk in there too. Plus when my schedule is normal I’m at 4-6 workouts/wk (avg 600-700cals/wo) and they’re usually medium to high. So I’m probably around 3,500+cals/day avg.

If then I eat less carbs and bounce into light ketosis often because of 17hr/day daily fasting as well… plus limit myself to 2,000cals/day which is easy considering a 7hr/day eating window, I’m able to lose 1lb every 2-3 days. I feel I’m at 9% body fat given my current stomach. A pound off my body will create visual results. So about 5lbs should easily be a full sixer at 5-6% body fat. So two weeks of this type of diet should be all it will take… then eating 3k/cals/day should easily break even while maintaining the sixer.
