Day 4 of single meal days and 20hr+ fasted workouts.

Light to medium ketosis ongoing. Weight staying right at 155-57. Where I was in my best shape at about 28-35yo.

Today, at hr 20 I ran 4mi at 8min/mi, then did my run-swim 30min in the lake at about 65 degrees.

Then my meal at hr 22.5. Plans are  to keep going until we have a social get together, food, and get the small remaining fat off. Goal is around 5% bodyfat.
